Forming Leaders. Engaging Parents. Transforming Youth.
The result is predictable: inconsistent programming, volunteer burnout, and young people drifting away from the Church at the very moment they need formation the most.
The Youth Ministry Incubator (YMI) builds sustainable, parish-rooted youth ministry from the ground up. Instead of sending a single youth minister to "run a program," DCM places a missionary-disciple whose primary work is multiplying leaders and building a culture of discipleship.
Three focused areas create long-term parish capacity.
Multiplication, not maintenance.
Immediate fruit now, long-term capacity built.
Parents become partners, not spectators.
Parishes graduate from the Incubator with a trained, confident, mission-ready leadership core — not a vacancy when a staff member moves on.
The Incubator forms the community around the youth — young adults, parents, and teens — so the entire parish grows in faith, not just the youth themselves.
Parishes contribute what they can; DCM raises the remainder. Donor investment makes robust ministry possible where it otherwise could not exist.
A Church where every parish — large or small — has the leadership, formation, and support needed to accompany young people into a living relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Youth Ministry Incubator is not just a program. It is a movement of missionary disciples, forming leaders who form others, and renewing the Church one parish at a time.
