The Youth Ministry Incubator
Youth ministry is our entry point, not our endpoint. The Incubator forms an entire parish ecosystem — leaders, parents, and young people — through a two-year missionary placement.
An Incubator placement is a two-year investment with a permanent return: when our team leaves, the leaders, systems, and culture remain.
The harvest is ready, the laborers are being formed, and the infrastructure is being built to sustain the work for generations.
